The Arsenal case is not over

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has indicated that the Gunners are still trying to be active in the market before the transfer window closes on September 1.

“We will try until the end,” Arteta said after the win over Bournemouth. “The transfer window is tricky at the moment, we would like to do something else but let’s see what we can do.”

Udinese interested in Bellerin

Udinese are the latest club to show interest in Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin.

Bellerin’s preference is to return to Spain, with three clubs keen to sign him.

The full-back spent last season on loan at Real Betis and didn’t hide his desire to return. However, Betis don’t want to pay a transfer fee.

As a result, Bellerin is considering terminating his contract at Arsenal to become a free agent. He has entered the final year of his contract at the Emirates.

Nice accept loan from Pepe

Nice have reached an agreement to sign Arsenal striker Nicolas Pepe on a season-long loan.

The deal for the 27-year-old Ivory Coast international does not include the option for the Ligue 1 club to make the deal permanent.

The final details are being finalized and it is hoped that they will be completed within the next 48 hours.

Arsenal husband joins Monza on loan

Pablo Mari joined AC Monza on loan for the 2022/23 season.

The 28-year-old originally joined us on loan from Brazilian side Flamengo in January 2020 and made the move permanent in the summer of this year.

He made 22 appearances for the Gunners in all competitions.

Lage: No offer yet for Neto

Bruno Lage claimed that wolves have not yet received a transfer proposal pedro neto amid interest reported by Arsenal.

The Times have claimed the Gunners are keen to sign the 22-year-old, who is believed to be valued at over £50million by his current employers.

Lage insisted that Arsenal had not made an approach for the Portugal international.

“I heard that but nothing came through,” Lage told reporters on Tuesday when asked if Neto was linked with a move to Arsenal.

“It’s normal now, with the good players we have. Teams are looking for good players the same way we are looking for (Goncalo) Guedes, Matheus (Nunes), (Nathan) Collins. on a proposal.
